Steve Fallin, Director of the Rapid Response Team, has been with WatchGuard since 1998. One of the original architects of WatchGuard's popular LiveSecurity Service, Steve has spent the last seven years researching, writing, and speaking about network security for the small- to medium-size enterprise. Steve's involvement with Internet technologies predates the World Wide Web. Much of that time has been spent figuring out how to break things or keep them from being broken, due to Steve's work experience as a penetration tester and firewall expert for government clients in Washington, DC. Steve believes that when it comes to network security, one size fits nobody.
Dave French joined Neverfail in 2002 as Chief Executive of the Americas and Neverfail's first US employee. Prior to joining Neverfail, he was Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for 724 Solutions. French came to 724 Solutions via its acquisition of TANTAU Software, a spin-off of Compaq's High Performance Research Center. While at TANTAU, French served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for an independent business unit focused on bringing new technologies to market.
French has 20 years experience in high technology sales, marketing and business development including 6 years at IBM and 7 years with BMC Software.
Rick German is the chief executive officer and president of Stoneware, Inc. As one of the original founders of the company, Rick German has been a key proponent in virtual desktop computing based on web 2.0 technologies.
William is a retired 21 Year Navy Submarine Veteran who has been in the computer/IT industry for over 35 years. He has been an Application Developer for the past seven years. During the last four years he has moved from writing applications for Desktop Computers to writing Web Based applications. William has been a member of West Sound Technology Association (WSTA), since early 2002 and is currently serving on its Board of Directors as Secretary. He also serves on Olympic College's Computer Information Systems Advisory Committee as the Committee Chair, which provide feedback to the college on the types of courses and curriculum they should be teaching.
Mike McCarty has over two decades of voice and data communications experience in Operations, Sales, Sales Management and Consulting to the SMB Market. For the past 9 years he has been with the Comcast Business Services Group and is currently the Commercial Sales Engineer for the Washington Market. Emil Sayegh is the vice president of product management and marketing at San Antonio-based Rackspace, a leading global provider of hosted IT services. At Rackspace, Emil oversees the development, marketing and management of new products and services that support Rackspace's global customer base of both SMB and Enterprise companies in need of reliable hosting for their critical business applications. Since joining the company in 2006, Emil has directed the successful launch of multiple projects including Rackspace's Hosted Microsoft Exchange, software-as-a-service portfolio and virtualization product set.
Prior to joining Rackspace, Emil spent more than 15 years in the IT industry in various product marketing and development roles. Most recently, Emil was the services marketing director at Dell where he oversaw the global services roadmap and marketing organization. Additionally, Emil served in leadership positions at several notable IT companies including RLX Technologies, Compaq Computers and W.L. Gore and Associates. Emil holds nine patents in the fields of Fiber-Optics, Electronics, and Telecommunication.
Emil holds a bachelor of science in Engineering and a master of science in Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas at Austin.
Michael Serulneck, RedDot's Solutions Activist, has 12 years experience (the last five with RedDot) designing, delivering and supporting Enterprise Content Management solutions for customers such as Verizon Wireless, Amgen, Bank of NY, the Government of Alberta, the US Dept. of Energy, UNICEF, Multiquip, and dozens of other organizations in both the private and public sectors. The last two years, Serulneck has worked directly with RedDot customers to help them build on and optimize successful ECM initiatives. Scott Wehba is currently the Northwest Regional Sales manager for Server Technology, selling cabinet power distribution solutions for the Data Center market.
