Jeff Helm is the Director of Information Technology for a human services agency with 450 employees serving 37 midwestern counties. He has also been affiliated with Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana since 1993, including five years as a full-time instructor and Chair of the Computer Information Systems program for East Central Indiana, several years as an adjunct faculty member, and also as Chair of the Regional CIS Advisory Committee. Brian Mason is the Director of Product Marketing at Xirrus where he is in charge of managing their High Performance Wi-Fi Arrays. Prior to joining Xirrus Brian worked as a product manager at Spirent Communications where he managed their 3G wireless, storage, and VoIP products. Brian also has several years experience with BellSouth and Verizon where he designed enterprise and carrier networks. Brian has his electrical engineering degree from Auburn University.
Tasha Phelps has over a decade of experience in using technology to manage information. Her degree from Indiana University positioned her for a successful career in business with a strong emphasis in marketing and distribution. When beginning her business, the focus was to find innovative technological solutions for things that seemed to be the norm (such as online directories and databases). She's quick to tell you that proper management of data is critical to the quality of that data and the success of its utilization. At the core, she believes it's all about strategy. Dave is a Systems Engineer for Trapeze Networks, Inc. and has been actively working in the networking and telecommunications industry for over 20 years. His experience includes strategic technology evaluations and Network deployments for leading Telecommunications, Financial processing and Scientific companies. Prior to joining Trapeze Network - Dave was the lead technologist for a Metro WiFi company and responsible for the technical direction of new and existing wireless services. Charles Tracey is an Astaro Systems Engineer. He is responsible for pre and post Sales support at the US Headquarters. Charles has over 20 years experience first as Network engineer then Network Manager for a variety of Manufacturing companies including Boston Scientific, EDS and Dynsico. At these companies he was responsible for all areas of Network Management from the Remotes Sites, to the Demarc, to the Desktop. Projects included evaluating, installing and attaining a variety of security products including Firewalls, Web Filters, Spam Filters, Ssl(s). David founded MailFoundry to bring continuity back to email in a world where, as he puts it, "anti-spam has ruined email." David operates as a hands-on CEO, overseeing new product development and engineering as well as field marketing and business development.
