JJ demonstrated an industrious nature at an early age, getting his first job when he was merely 11, a job he kept for 3 years. When he was 15, JJ earned his first salary as a Computer pre-Sales engineer, a job that was interrupted a year later when Jesper relocated to Switzerland to pursue his education. JJ is fluent in English, Danish, German, Swiss German, and can also read Norwegian and Swedish.
Erik Lofstrand is an Astaro Systems Engineer. He is responsible for pre and post Sales support at the US Headquarters. Erik has over 10 years experience as both a Network Engineer and a Security Engineer for a variety of technology companies including Lycos, VeriSign and Astaro. At these companies he was responsible for all areas of network flow, monitoring and security. Projects included installing and maintaining a variety of security products including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, as well as other grey boxes for point solutions.
Hank is the Founder & CEO of IssueTrak. Formerly a provider of custom programming services, today Hank's company develops and supports its namesake, issue tracking software. Hank attended Old Dominion University, where he earned a BS in Psychology and studied Computer Science and Human Factors. He has been in software development for over 30 years, working in various environments.
Brian Mason is the Director of Product Marketing at Xirrus where he is in charge of managing their High Performance Wi-Fi Arrays. Prior to joining Xirrus Brian worked as a product manager at Spirent Communications where he managed their 3G wireless, storage, and VoIP products. Brian also has several years experience with BellSouth and Verizon where he designed enterprise and carrier networks. Brian has his electrical engineering degree from Auburn University.
Scott Pinzon, Information Security Analyst, joined WatchGuard in 2000. Since then he has edited, written, and/or published well over 1,500 security alerts and "best practices" articles to LiveSecurity subscribers, who have more than doubled in number during his tenure. Scott, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), has 16 years of experience writing about high-tech products for clients both large (Weyerhaeuser IT) and small (Seattle's first cash machine network). He has worked in the fields of security, encryption products, e-commerce, and voice messaging, and loves translating technical concepts into down-to-earth, "blue jeans" language. He was the story editor on Stealing the Network: How to Own a Shadow and the technical editor for Johnny Long's latest book, No-Tech Hacking. Scott created and hosts the popular podcast, Radio Free Security.

Kevin spent 11 years working in the carrier space with Alltel/Windstream Communications and a VoIP startup based in Seattle. Kevin then joined a Lightwave team that offered unique opportunity to provide companies with a broad range of products and services that is un-matched in the industry. Kevin helps customers compile information on available services/technologies and presents them in a carrier neutral forum so customers can make a well-informed and confident decision. Going a step further Kevin is also backed by the support of a project management team and back office built over the past 17 years to coordinate the ordering, installation, and post-sales support for services sold.
Michael Serulneck, RedDot's Solutions Activist, has 12 years experience (the last five with RedDot) designing, delivering and supporting Enterprise Content Management solutions for customers such as Verizon Wireless, Amgen, Bank of NY, the Government of Alberta, the US Dept. of Energy, UNICEF, Multiquip, and dozens of other organizations in both the private and public sectors. The last two years, Serulneck has worked directly with RedDot customers to help them build on and optimize successful ECM initiatives.
